7th Grade Team Educational Philosophy:
We believe every child can learn and the classroom is a society that should be conducive for learning.
We believe that every child is a citizen of our class and will be shown respect and will be valued for his or her contributions. We believe it is our responsibility to promote life long learners.
We believe in a classroom environment where students and teachers are enthusiastic about learning.
We believe in a curriculum that is hands-on, inspiring, uplifting and engaging.
We also believe that children should be given all available resources to participate fully in their learning.
We further believe it is our duty to foster and encourage a spirit of acceptance and cooperation in the classroom. We also believe it is our responsibility to ensure each child’s basic needs are being met and we will make certain that no child shall be wanting for nutritional food.
We believe in providing a very secure environment for our students where they do not have to work in fear. We believe in safe guarding our students from abuse, violence and discrimination. Student Expectations: Each student is responsible for helping to create and maintain a classroom environment which is safe and conducive to learning.
